My wife and I buy and sell properties in Northeast Florida. One of the properties that we are currently working on is located in the area by the beaches. The new property is at least 40 minutes from the other one, so right now my wife and I are splitting duties and each one of us are separating in the morning so one of us can be there for each project. I like to watch the contractors and make sure they are working hard.
